Delivery & Returns Policy

We currently only ship within the UK not worldwide.

Postage:
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail, 2nd class delivery.

Small items which can be sent as large letter will cost £1.65 eg: items of jewellery.

Items which can be sent as small parcel will cost £3.35.

Bulkier, heavier items will cost £6.95.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £100.00

Dispatch should take no longer than 24hrs.

Returns: 

We offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of purchase. If you would like to return an item please email us: thegreenroomboutique@hotmail.com letting us know the reason for return. Customers are responsible for the return costs. Once we have received the item and checked it, you will be issued a refund minus the original postage costs. Alternatively, just bring the item back into store. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
